Personal, trauma-informed somatic support to help you rebuild trust in your body and increase capacity from the inside out. You are not expected to perform, push, or “work hard.” We move at the pace of safety.

Healing in community restores what trauma once isolated. In a group, co-regulation becomes medicine — not effort.
Group work supports:
- belonging after isolation
- courage through shared practice
- nervous system safety in relationship
- joy + dignity returning to the body
- strength without comparison
- healing in relationship and co-regulation
- the medicine of not doing this alone
A place to relearn: “I don’t heal alone.”

A group begins when at least six people say yes to healing in shared space — six nervous systems regulate the container into readiness.
If you continue into the next 4-week cycle, you keep your original tier — even if circumstances change.
How pricing works
No proof or explanation is ever required. You choose your tier privately. You may change tiers at any time. No justification is required. Every tier is belonging. Your nervous system leads. The pricing simply follows.
Accessibility
All bodies, ages, abilities, genders, and trauma histories are welcome. Sessions can be seated, supported, adapted, paused or replaced with stillness. Your body leads. We follow.

For Individuals
Trauma-informed strength sessions are personalized to your body, your story, and your pace. You don’t need to be “in shape,” know how to lift weights, or even enjoy exercise—this is about meeting you exactly where you are.

Trauma-Informed Weight Lifting – gentle, guided resistance work to build confidence and nervous system regulation, in-person or virtual
Somatic Practices – breath, grounding, and awareness exercises to regulate the nervous system, support emotional balance, reduce stress and for embodied healing
Bone Health & Balance Support (esp. for women 45+) – movements that improve strength, stability, and ease in everyday life
Personalized Plans – every session adapts to your needs, whether seated, standing, or modified

Healing is magnified in community. Group offerings blend movement, strength, and contemplative practices to create spaces of resilience, connection, and story-sharing without words.
